Shipping Coverage

Currently, we are delivering our service in PAN India.


Order Processing Time

  • Our orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • After placing the order, we will give you your order ID or tracking ID, from which you can track the order by yourself.

Note: We dont give any commitment regarding delivery dasy as delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional fee depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID via email or SMS
  • A direct link to track your order online

If you haven’t received your tracking info within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

Packaging

We use strong, secure, and eco-friendly packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost:

  • Contact us at gadgetopera@gmail.com with your order ID.
  • We will coordinate with the courier and provide a resolution ASAP.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refused delivery

…we will refund the product amount (excluding shipping charges). Re-shipping can be arranged after confirmation.
