Refund and Returns Policy
At OperaGadget, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
Certain items are non-returnable, such as:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Opened or used electronics/accessories
- Customized or personalized products
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or wrong item sent.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at gadgetopera@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with the return process and shipping address.
- Carefully pack the item and send it to the address provided.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
